RETURNS

Return Eligibility:

Items may be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date. We accept returns of brand new, unused, and unaltered products in their original packaging, complete with all manuals, instructions, and accessories. Opened or altered items may incur a restocking fee as outlined below.

Firearms, Ammunition & Optics:

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, firearms, ammunition, and optics cannot be returned. All firearm sales are final upon transfer. Please inspect firearms thoroughly at your transferring dealer before completing any paperwork.

Inspection of Order:

Upon receiving your order, inspect the packaging for all items. If an item is missing, notify us within three days of delivery.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked carrier for your return to ensure successful processing. Please note that we are not responsible for lost return packages. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Shipping Costs: 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that shipped for free, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Restocking Fee:

Please note that the following are our restocking fees for returned items:

• 10% Restocking Fee – Items that can be returned to inventory for resale (sealed in their original condition and never used).
• 25% Restocking Fee – Items that have been opened from their original packaging and cannot be sold as brand new but are still in new/unused condition.

Refund Processing Time Frame

Please note that refund processing times vary by bank and may take 2 to 7 business days to appear in your account.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

New products are typically covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. For any warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly, as these are not handled by ModGuns (Gillio Firearms Group LLC). Some of our products are sold 'as-is' and do not include a warranty. For further details or assistance, please reach out to our customer service department.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Firearm Sales:

All firearm sales are considered final upon transfer. Please ensure you order the correct item. Before completing the transfer paperwork at your dealer, inspect the firearm thoroughly. In case of any damage, contact ModGuns (Gillio Firearms Group LLC) immediately and refrain from completing the paperwork. If an issue is discovered after taking delivery, the firearm must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. While we can assist in coordinating a claim, warranty costs must be settled directly with the manufacturer. If a defect is identified at the dealer before transfer, we will strive to replace the firearm, offer you an alternative option, or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Firearm Returns:

Excluding firearms, ammunition, and optics, items can be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days, provided they are returned with proof of purchase. Returns should be in their original condition and packaging; otherwise, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. After 30 days, returns are subject to review and may only qualify for store credit. Please contact us for return instructions.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, especially a firearm, we sincerely apologize for the error. It's crucial to contact us immediately for a resolution. For firearms, please do not complete the transfer and leave the weapon with the dealer. Once a firearm is transferred, we cannot accept it for return or exchange. We strive to correct any mistakes promptly, and your prompt action in such cases is essential.

Return Coordination:

All returns must be coordinated with ModGuns (Gillio Firearms Group LLC) within 30 days of receipt. For detailed instructions, please contact our customer service. Note that for exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped only after the original item is received.

Website Information Accuracy:

Our inventory changes frequently. We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, but ModGuns (Gillio Firearms Group LLC) cannot guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions are free of errors. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing or descriptions. In such cases, customers will not be charged, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

Inventory Overselling:

While we strive for inventory accuracy, occasionally an item may be oversold. If we can secure the item promptly, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time. If the item is not available in a timely manner, we will issue a refund immediately.
