The Heatseeker Chassis stock replaces your factory stock for improved versatility and a sleek, modern appearance. Machined from high-strength billet 6061-T6 aluminum, the Heatseeker Chassis weighs only 19 ounces and is compatible with standard AR15 pistol grips and buffer tubes. The 14" extruded aluminum handguard, which features MLOK accessories slots and two QD attachment points on each side, weighs only 10 ounces. Both are finished in a durable matte black Cerakote. This chassis is for the Ruger American Short Action rifles in .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor. It is compatible with AICS magazines from Magpul and Accuracy International. Magpul magazines with tan followers are recommended.
