Subject to completing the steps below and complying with these Terms and Conditions, customers within the United States (including the District of Columbia) who purchase qualifying SIG SAUER product(s) during the stated “Promotion Period” and submit claims on or before the submission deadline, are eligible to purchase a TANGO-MSR LPVO 1-6X24MM for $100.00 or $239.99 towards your sigsauer.com shopping cart for a single one-time electro-optics purchase. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. Limit one (1) rebate per customer and per mailing address. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and offer is not open to employees of SIG SAUER. Resale of any product or free good under this offer is prohibited. Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Hampshire and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees.
